  • Our services are designed for individuals who have experienced abuse, sexual or domestic violence, grief, and other forms of trauma. We also offer wellness programs for professionals working in high-stress, trauma-exposed roles, such as social workers, counsellors, and first responders.

  • Trauma informed care ensures that individuals are met with empathy, respect, and an understanding of how trauma impacts the body and mind. It helps create a safe environment where clients can heal at their own pace, free from re-traumatization.

  • Our group counselling programs generally range from 6 to 12 sessions, with each session lasting around 2 hours. We offer flexible options depending on the needs of the group.

Through a blend of somatic, art, and play-talk therapy practices, we help individuals explore their emotions, process trauma, and build resilience.   • While we primarily work with organizations and agencies, individuals can join our group counselling sessions through a partnership with these agencies. If you're interested, we encourage you to connect with a local organization, mental health center, or community group that works with trauma survivors.
